Q. Where can I find information about the certification programme?

A. Besides the website, you will also find information from the launch session recording and the slide deck.

Q. What is the timeline for the certification?

A. The certification programme kicks off in January and the final exam will take place in April. In the meantime, you will have numerous courses to complete on MongoDB University.

Q. If I have finished all the courses, can I take the exam before April?

A. You would be able to take the exam after you receive your voucher (March) as long we can verify your progress in MongoDB University and the assistance to the Sessions

Q. Is the certification exam free?

A. No. Usually it is $150. However, everyone gets a discount in this program. For company groups it is necessary to register with a work email. Discounts are as follows : 

100%: 10+ people
  50%: 5 - 9 people
  25%: 1 - 4 people



Q. What are the prerequisites to enter the programme?

A. None! The programme is open for everyone. We do recommend however having some basic knowledge on NoSQL databases.

Q. When will I get my voucher?

A. Vouchers will be provided close to the end of the program (March), once we verify the attendance to the sessions and progress at MongoDB University
